The GE281 in Scania's new range of hybrid electric trucks

Sweden – Scania AB, a subsidiary of the Traton Group based in Södertälje, Sweden, has introduced a new range of parallel hybrid electric trucks with a variety of different powertrain and charging options. The trucks are designed for heavy duty and energy intensive applications such as refrigerated transportation, cement mixers, and regional distribution.
