Innovate UK announces GBP4.5 million fund to upskill PEMD sector

UK – Innovate UK, part of UK Research & Innovation, has announced a new funding competition aimed at upskilling the UK’s workforce in the power electronics, machines, and drives sector (PEMD).

With a total of up to GBP4.5 million invested in the scheme, the Driving the Electric Revolution challenge’s Building Talent for the Future 2 competition aims to support skills and training across PEMD manufacturing and supply chains.
