Ballard announces order for 31 fuel cell modules for off-road and stationary power

Canada – Ballard Power Systems Inc, based in Vancouver, Canada, has announced the sale of 31 fuel cell modules, totalling 3MW of power, to an unnamed global construction, electric power, and off-road equipment manufacturer. The modules are expected to be delivered in 2022 and 2023.
The order consists of Ballard’s latest FCmove-HD+, with the new version more efficient and compact than previous generations. Ballard states that the total cost of ownership is also lower than its predecessors.
