Netherlands / UKTerberg RosRoca Group Ltd, a waste truck bodybuilder and subsidiary of the Royal Terberg Group based in Warwick, UK, has officially changed its name to “Terberg Environmental BV”, restoring the name it formerly had before its merger with Ros Roca Environment in 2016. The subsidiary is now incorporated in IJsselstein, the Netherlands.

Terberg RosRoca formed from the merger between Terberg’s environmental division and Ros Roca Environment, a group of companies involved in the waste and recycling sector. Many of the companies which were incorporated in this group, including Ros Roca SA (of Tàrrega, Spain), Dennis Eagle Ltd, HS Fahrzeugbau (of Emstek, Lower Saxony, Germany), and Resitul (of Venda do Pinheiro, Portugal), are still subsidiaries of Terberg RosRoca – now Terberg Environmental – which established itself at the Dennis Eagle headquarters in Warwick. (The Dennis Eagle brand is still based in Warwick, UK.) The name change was announced on 1 January 2022 with immediate effect; Terberg explained that the name now reflects the subsidiary’s business focus, thus aligning with the naming convention followed by other subsidiaries in the Terberg group. The Spanish Ros Roca SA and Terberg RosRoca Vehicle Manufacturing LLC of Dubai, United Arab Emirates will retain the “Ros Roca” name.
