Sweden – Volta Trucks AB, a designer of zero-emission vehicle concepts based in Stockholm, Sweden, has appointed Steve Dichter as Chief Strategy Officer, effective immediately. He replaces Casper Norden, who has moved to the role of Chief Fleet Solutions Officer.
