USAZF North America Inc of Northville, Michigan has announced that there are now 100 service locations in North America which are certified partners in the ‘WABCO Service Partner’ programme. The American subsidiary of the German automotive components manufacturer plans to add a further 150 new locations in the coming year as part of its goal of reaching 1,000 by 2025.

Vehicle service facilities certified as WABCO Service Partners must meet ZF’s technical and safety standards for the maintenance and repair of commercial vehicles, including trucks, trailers, and buses, as well as off-road and recreational vehicles. Employees at these sites have undergone specialised training provided by ZF to gain expertise in WABCO Vehicle Control Systems products – comprising electronic braking, suspension, and transmissions – which are now part of the new Commercial Vehicle Solutions (CVS) division at ZF. Partners of the programme, launched in 2019, now also have access to a new web portal, providing access to resources such as technical literature, training and an expedited warranty process.
