QEV Technologies becomes official service partner for CATL

Spain / China – QEV Technologies (“QEV Tech”), an automotive technology company based in Barcelona, Spain, has signed a global strategic partnership agreement with Contemporary Amperex Technology Co Ltd (“CATL”) of Ningde, Fujian, China, making QEV Tech the authorised European service partner for CATL in servicing and repairing CATL energy storage systems for electric vehicles.
CATL supplies its batteries to a vast range of customers in the automotive industry, including the commercial vehicle sector. Under the terms of the agreement, CATL will provide QEV Tech staff with comprehensive training in the maintenance of their battery systems, qualifying QEV Tech to provide aftersales services to customers in Europe.
