Bosch to acquire autonomous driving firm Atlatec

Germany – Robert Bosch GmbH, based in Stuttgart, Germany, has announced it is to acquire Atlatec GmbH, an autonomous driving specialist based in Karlsruhe, Germany. Atlatec will become part of Bosch’s Cross-Domain Computing Solutions division as an independently operated company.
