Q1 2022 the best recorded for commercial vehicle sales in Ecuador in past 7 years

Ecuador - The Ecuadorian commercial vehicle market showed its best performance in the last seven years in the first quarter of 2022 with sales of 2,853 units. According to Aeade, the Automobile Association of Ecuador, the growth was 20.5% compared to the first quarter of 2021, when 2,368 units were sold.
In the first quarter of 2015 , when the best period of the last 12 years was recorded, the market reached 3,501 units sold. Since then, it has dropped to 1,104 units in 2016 and 1,731 units at the beginning of the pandemic in 2020.
