USA – Navistar International Corporation, a commercial vehicle manufacturer based in Lisle, Illinois, officially opened a new manufacturing plant at San Antonio, Texas on March 23 for the assembly of Class 6-8 vehicles and the production of both electric and internal combustion engine powertrains.
