Dana’s new sustainable mobility centre awarded LEED certification

USA – Maumee, Ohio-based Dana Inc has announced that its new Sustainable Mobility Center, located at its headquarters, has been awarded with Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) certification. The state-of-the-art facility serves as an engineering centre for e-propulsion products including electric motors and upfitting solutions.

LEED certification is awarded to verify the use of sustainable solutions in the design, construction, and operation of a facility. This includes environmentally friendly construction materials, energy-efficient lighting, air filtration systems, storm water collection, and electric vehicle charging stations.
