Forsee Power increases stake in finance capital partner, NEoT Capital, to 50%

France – Smart battery systems for sustainable electromobility, Forsee Power SAS of Paris has acquired shares in NEoT Capital from Mitsubishi Corporation giving it joint ownership with EDF. Forsee Power said that this move reflects its strategy of offering a complete range of products and services in the e-mobility space with a view to positioning itself in the entire value chain to support vehicle manufacturers and territories in their ecological transition with turnkey solutions.

In 2016, NEoT Capital was created by Forsee Power together with EDF and Mitsubishi Corporation, with the aim of facilitating and accelerating the transition to electric mobility (buses or other vehicles) by providing finance for electric fleet development in the form of battery / vehicle / infrastructure rental.
