Clarience Technologies acquires P.S.I.

USA - Clarience Technologies LLC1 of Southfield, Michigan has announced its acquisition of Pressure Systems International (P.S.I.)2 of San Antonio, Texas, a global provider of automatic tyre inflation systems for commercial trucks and trailers, as part of its strategy to broaden its technology competencies in connected systems as tyre inflation becomes critical for electric autonomous vehicles.
The acquisition includes P.S.I.’s operations as well as the Truck System Technologies3 operations (a TPMS provider to the Recreational Vehicle segment acquired by P.S.I. in April 2017), both located in San Antonio, Texas. The company will operate as a distinct business unit of Clarience Technologies.
