Romeo Power completes new headquarters and manufacturing facility in California

USA – Romeo Power Inc, a battery manufacturer based in Vernon, California, announced it has relocated to a new headquarters and manufacturing centre in Cypress, a move which the company hopes will facilitate the expansion of its share in the electric vehicle battery market in the commercial, industrial/off-highway and marine sectors.
The 215,000-sq-ft site is located in Orange County, adjacent to Los Angeles County where the former headquarters in Vernon is based. While the city of Vernon is heavily industrialised, Romeo Power believes Orange County to be a better location for recruiting talent in the tech sector. The new location will support research and development alongside the production line, all based in a 191,000-sq-ft industrial space. Relocation of sales, accounting, and legal staff to the new offices already happened in March.
