Randon Implementos signs intention agreement to purchase Hercules Chassis in the USA

Brazil / USA - To enhance its internationalization strategy, Randon Implementos, the semi-trailer division of Empresas Randon S.A. of Caxias do Sul, is to enter the North American semi-trailer market, initiated by purchasing semi-trailer chassis manufacturer, Hercules Chassis of Hillsborough, New Jersey.

Earlier this month, Empresas Randon announced it had signed a contract to purchase the American trailer builder for USD 40 million subject to contract conditions within 120 days of the agreement.
