Eberspächer releases FY2021 results, reflects on difficult year

Germany – Eberspächer Group, a manufacturer of exhaust and thermal management products based in Esslingen am Neckar, Baden-Württemberg, published its results for the fiscal year 2021 and reflected on the state of the automotive market.
Net sales revenue for the group has flatlined at just under EUR2.3bn, unchanged from results reported in the last fiscal year. It remains down on pre-pandemic revenues of over EUR2.7bn. The group did, however, achieve a positive operating result of EUR52.8m (2020: EUR33.5m) and a consolidated net income of EUR21m – a marked improvement over the EUR42.9m loss recorded in the previous year.
