Cummins diagnostics to be integrated with Elevāt IoT platform

USA – Engine manufacturer Cummins Inc of Columbus, Indiana has agreed to integrate its remote diagnostics software with a cloud-based platform designed by Elevāt Inc, a tech company based in Lynnwood, Washington, for managing off-highway fleets. 

‘Elevāt Machine Connect’, designed according to the principles of the ‘Internet of Things’, allows users to remotely monitor the health and performance of their assets, including fleet vehicles, heavy machinery, and components. Use cases suggested by Elevāt include concrete mixer trucks, utility and construction operations, and agricultural machinery. With the integration of Cummins Connected Diagnostics, Elevāt Machine Connect will be able to exchange data directly with Cummins’ service for monitoring engine health and performance (see diagram below).
