VDL Futuras delivered to The Bus Ontime
Spain / Netherlands – VDL Bus & Coach BV of Valkenswaard, Netherlands has delivered 10 coaches to first-time customer The Bus Ontime, a transport operator in Madrid providing services to companies, schools, and the tourism and events industries.
The Spanish firm took delivery of 10 Futuras, powered by DAF MX-11 engines with varying outputs of either 410 hp or 450 hp. According to VDL, the European coach market is showing signs of a recovery, and the Dutch manufacturer has increased its production of coaches accordingly.
