USA / CanadaMotor Coach Industries (MCI), a subsidiary of the NFI Group based in Des Plaines, Illinois, USA, announced it has produced 10,000 J4500 coaches since 2001, following a delivery of 10 units to Cline Tours of Ridgeland, Mississippi.

The J4500, a tri-axle 45-foot coach with a passenger capacity of 60, was introduced in 2001, and since then it has been modified multiple times, including a facelift in 2013 and an interior redesign in 2018. It is outfitted with a Cummins X12 engine, Allison Gen V transmissions, and Bendix disc brakes. Cline Tours has opted for an ADAS system also by Bendix, with collision mitigation, lane departure, and traffic sign recognition.
