Cargo Floor sells business to Smile Invest to grow business globally

Netherlands / Belgium – The management team and owners of Cargo Floor B.V., of Coevorden, have reached agreement with investment specialist, Smile Invest N.V. of Linden, Belgium, and logistics giant, the Essers family of Genk, Belgium, to sell a majority stake of their company. The current three shareholders of Cargo Floor said they had agreed to find an investor in order to expand into markets beyond Europe.
With future growth plans targeting increased sales in China as well as North and South America, Dutch investment company Smile Invest brings both capital and expertise in facilitating this expansion.
