Zepp.solutions launches 150-kW modular fuel cell system at IAA

Germany / Netherlands – At IAA Transportation 2022, held in Hanover between 20 and 25 September, Zepp.solutions BV of Delft, Netherlands launched a new fuel cell product which is designed for heavy-duty applications, including commercial vehicles.
The Dutch start-up showcased the ‘X150’ fuel cell system, a 150-kW power module which integrates the fuel cell stack, power electronics, air and cooling subsystems and safety systems in one box. It is designed for easy integration with any vehicle’s DC power bus. Multiple units can be connected in parallel to provide megawatt power output. The X150 provides a decreased cost per kilowatt and a 25% increase in power density compared to Zepp.solution’s previous product, the 50-kW ‘Y50’.
