Mercedes-Benz launches clean diesel engines with new bus and coach chassis range for 2023

Mercedes-Benz OF 1726-l Euro 6 (P8) bus chassis

Brazil - Mercedes-Benz do Brasil Ltda of São Bernardo do Campo, used Lat.Bus Transpúblico 2022 (Latin American Transport Fair) in Sao Paulo held in August to launch its 2023 Euro 6 compliant chassis range.

All the new bus and coach chassis are fitted exclusively with Mercedes-Benz proven BlueTec 6 engine and emissions control technology complying with the Proconve P8 emissions legislation (equivalent to the Euro 6 emissions standard), which comes into force in Brazil in January 2023 for all heavy commercial vehicle models newly registered from that date.
