Siemens to provide infrastructure services to Volta Trucks customers

Sweden / Germany - Volta Trucks AB, a zero-emission truck manufacturer based in Stockholm, Sweden, has signed a Letter of Intent with Siemens AG of Munich, Bavaria, Germany, agreeing to incorporate Siemens’s ‘Smart Infrastructure’ products, which comprise chargers and software, in Volta Truck’s vehicle service package.
Siemens brings to the proposed partnership its expertise in building charging infrastructure and developing software and control systems for energy management; with Siemens’s support, Volta Trucks will be able to offer infrastructure consultation and installation to its customers.
