USAVia Motors Inc, an EV manufacturer based in Orem, Utah, has announced it is moving its headquarters to a new technical centre built in Auburn Hills, Michigan, which will put its central operations in the thick of a major hub for the development of automotives and components.

Construction of the new building, covering 98,000 square feet, was supported by a USD2.5m grant from the Michigan Strategic Fund, a programme by the Michigan Economic Development Corporation intended to foster business development in the state. As well as housing the company’s main offices, the new site will accommodate vehicle design and testing and prototype development.
