Fuso unveils next generation eCanter for construction segment at bauma 2022

The new generation Fuso eCanter at the Bauma show
Germany / Japan – At the 2022 bauma event in Munich, Mitsubishi Fuso Truck and Bus Corporation (“Fuso”) (a Daimler Truck subsidiary) of Kawasaki, Japan, unveiled the next-generation light-duty eCanter truck and three different battery packs offering ranges from 70 to 200 kilometres.
The 8.55-ton eCanter truck exhibited, was equipped for the first time with a roll-off tipper body from UNSINN Fahrzeugtechnik GmbH of Holzheim, Germany, which offers a payload of 3,635 kg; it was equipped with the ‘M’ battery package (see details below) which supports charging with both alternating and direct current.
