SKF acquires seals manufacturer Tenute

Sweden / Italy – AB SKF, a bearing and seal manufacturer based in Gothenburg, Sweden, has announced it has completed its acquisition of Tenute Srl, a sealing products manufacturer based in Cambiago, Italy.
A company made up of 50 employees, Tenute manufactures sealing gaskets, sealing rings, and o-rings at its Italian facility. It produces standard and custom products for various sectors, including machinery. SKF has said that Tenute will be integrated into its own Seals business.
