BMZ announces investment in battery cell holder maker, Schütz

Germany – BMZ Group, a battery manufacturer for commercial vehicles, based in Karlstein am Main, Bavaria has announced it has made a strategic investment in metal and plastic processor, Schütz Kunststofftechnik GmbH of Großwallstadt, Germany by taking a majority shareholding in the family run business; Schutz produces battery cell holders for BMZ.
