Tata Motors to deliver 200 electric buses to Jammu and Srinagar

Tata Ultra Urban 9-metre bus
India - Tata Motors Ltd of Mumbai has won a tender for 200 electric buses from Jammu Smart City Ltd for the cities of Jammu and Srinagar, the capital cities of Jammu and Kashmir regions.
The order consists of 150 units of Tata Ultra Urban 9-metre1 and 50 units of the Tata Ultra 12-metre Starbus electric2 buses. The order is part of an initiative of Housing and Urban Development Department from the Government of Jammu & Kashmir.
