Volvo Trucks receives largest Australian order for electric trucks to date

Australia – Volvo Group Australia of Wacol, Queensland has announced that it has received an order for 36 electric trucks from freight company Team Global Express, which is the manufacturer’s largest electric truck order in Australia to date.
36 units of the Volvo FL Electric range of medium-duty trucks will be employed in the freight company’s Sydney-based pick-up and delivery fleet. The vehicles are set to enter operation in the first quarter of 2023.
