Volvo Trucks launches FH, FM and FMX Electric rigids

The FH, FM and FMX Electric rigid truck range by Volvo

Sweden – On 12 December, Volvo Trucks Corporation of Gothenburg, Sweden launched the FH, FM and FMX Electric in rigid form. The 450-540 kWh configuration will enter series production in March 2023, with further options to follow in the coming year.

In May, Volvo Trucks launched the FH, FM and FMX Electric in tractor form, with serial production beginning in September. Now the trucks can be ordered with purpose-built bodies for applications such as distribution, waste collection, and construction (i.e., cranes, refuse compactors, and cement mixers).
