BMZ invests in advanced automation in German factory to meet new business in the UK and growth in other markets

UK / Germany – BMZ Group, a battery manufacturer for commercial vehicles, based in Karlstein am Main, Bavaria has announced a significant rise in demand for its batteries in the UK market, sighting a lucrative contract having been signed with a yet unnamed UK e-mobility customer. To meet this new contract and growing demand in Europe, the company says it has increased its output capabilities at its main factory in Karlstein am Main through investment in increased automation of its production lines to a capacity of some 1,000 battery packs per month.
