Alexander Dennis targets Amazon-style spare parts delivery service

ADL's AD24 Spare Parts Service

UK – Bus manufacturer Alexander Dennis Ltd, based in Larbert, Scotland, announced that 90% of parts ordered online via its AD24 platform are now delivered the next day, minimising the amount of time a vehicle is off the road. The report detailed the annual amount spent online on parts had increased by 228% since 2019 due to predictive ordering, 24/7 accessibility and free next-day delivery, indicating a growing niche sector for the company.
