Volta Trucks appoints Volvo’s Claes Nilsson to Board of Directors

Sweden – Volta Trucks AB, a manufacturer of zero-emission trucks based in Stockholm, Sweden, has appointed AB Volvo veteran Claes Nilsson to its Board of Directors.

Nilsson has served as President and Executive Board member for the Volvo Group. He spent most of his career at the company, working in roles related to strategy, business development and product planning and in regions including Europe, South America, Asia and Africa. Volta Trucks cited his extensive expertise in retail, aftersales service, supply chain, financing, leasing, and rental, as well as the body builder marketplace.
