10,000 Mack MD trucks produced since 2020

USA – On 2 February, Mack Trucks Inc, a subsidiary of the Volvo Group based in Greensboro, North Carolina, celebrated the production of its 10,000th MD series truck, a range which Mack Trucks began making in September 2020.

The MD series is available as a Class 6 or a Class 7 truck, with the former also offered in a low profile version. The 4x2 trucks have gross vehicle weight ratings between 25,995 lbs (11.8 tonnes) and 33,000 lbs (15 tonnes). The trucks are assembled at a dedicated facility located in Roanoke Valley, Virginia.
