Zepp.solutions unveils hydrogen truck powered by X150 module

Netherlands – Zepp.solutions BV, a fuel cell manufacturer based in Delft, Netherlands, has unveiled a hydrogen-powered tractor unit for heavy-duty transportation which is set for launch in the fourth quarter of 2023.

The 4x2 tractor unit, dubbed ‘Europa’, will be capable of pulling an ISO trailer (13.6m / 45ft container), offering the same “ease of operation and payload capacity” as a diesel equivalent, according to Zepp.solutions. The sleeper cab and chassis are from a “renowned” and unnamed truck manufacturer.¹
