USAOshkosh Corporation, an Oshkosh, Wisconsin-based group owning several brands manufacturing specialty trucks, reported an increase in its net sales in 2022 but a plummet in its net income of approximately 62%.

In 2021, Oshkosh reported net sales of USD7.95bn and a net income of USD461.1m. While sales increased to USD8.28bn in 2022, income dropped precipitously to USD173.9m. The company attributed this fall in income primarily to higher material and transport costs, resultant rises in manufacturing costs, and higher expenditure in product development.
