SAF-Holland reports record sales of EUR1.57bn in 2022

Germany – SAF-Holland SE, a manufacturer of truck-trailer components based in Bessenbach, Bavaria, announced record sales revenues¹ of EUR1.57bn, an increase of approximately a quarter compared with the year prior (EUR1.25bn).

The company’s earnings before interest and taxes (EBIT) increased by 33.8% from EUR93m in the previous year to EUR125m. This provided an 8% margin, an improvement on the 7.5% margin reported last year. SAF-Holland said it had to make savings and pass on some of the cost of sharp rises in steel, freight and energy prices to customers.
