USARonn Motor Group Inc, a designer of luxury cars based in Scottsdale, Arizona, has announced an urban delivery truck concept powered by hydrogen fuel cells which it eventually hopes to launch in the USA, Europe, and China.

Ronn has presented a variable cab-chassis concept vehicle for weight categories Class 3-6 and applications such as cargo, courier and other delivery services. Preliminary specifications include a 300-320 kW motor, a 2-speed transmission, a 90-100 kW fuel cell stack, and a small lithium-ion battery pack to provide extra power. Onboard hydrogen tanks at 350 bar storing 35-45 kg of fuel would provide a range of over 500 kilometres. Ronn has not declared its prospective driveline partners yet.
