ABC to start sales of Vicinity built electric transit buses later this year

USA – A leading distributor of coaches, ABC Companies Inc of Winter Garden, Florida, at Busworld North America held in Detroit, MI, in February announced it was making progress with its previously announced collaboration with Vicinity Motors Corporation (VMC) of Aldergrove, BC, Canada, to supply electric low floor transit buses in the United States.
Thom Peebles, vice president marketing of ABC at Busworld North America, explained that while much of its business has traditionally been in coach, in the last year to 18 months, its portfolio has been expanded to include minibus and shuttle buses and in the future low floor electric transit buses with VMC.
