Electric commercial vehicle start-up Cenntro, begins production in Jacksonville

USA Cenntro Electric Group Ltd (CENN)*, based in Freehold, New Jersey, has begun production of the LS400 (Urban Delivery Vehicle), Teemak (Utility Task Vehicle), and Metro (Van), electric commercial trucks at the company’s new assembly facility in Jacksonville, Florida, USA. The facility is to assemble the EVs as well as carry out pre-delivery inspections before the vehicles head to the Southeastern region of the USA. Whilst production numbers have been kept confidential, the first EVs from this plant are set to be delivered in June this year.
