Freightliner Trucks now offered with Hendrickson’s HAULMAAX EX suspension

HAULMAAX-EX

USA – April 2023 saw Freightliner Trucks, a division of Daimler Truck North America LLC, (DTNA) of Portland, Oregon, announce that all its Freightliner Vocational M2, SD and Plus trucks can now be ordered with the ‘HAULMAAX EX’ suspension system, designed and made by Hendrickson International of Woodridge, Illinois. Designed for both on-and off-highway trucks, the HAULMAAX EX boasts a progressive load system and angled bolster springs which reduce road shock, wheel hop and vibrations. It requires no lubrication, has fewer bushings, and features an integrated jounce stop to protect the rubber components from compression. Hendrickson claims the improved durability of the HAULMAAX EX will reduce downtime and the total cost of ownership for fleet operators.
