USA – At the Advanced Clean Transportation (ACT) Expo in Anaheim, California, held between 1-4 May 2023, Hexagon Agility LLC, a producer of natural gas fuel systems for trucks based in Costa Mesa, California, launched a new aftermarket service providing comprehensive cover for the whole product life cycle.

Hexagon Agility’s product range includes back-of-cab and side-mounted CNG/RNG fuel storage as well as storage systems tailored to refuse collection bodies. The product package includes composite gas cylinders and fuel delivery systems. These are now covered by ‘FleetCare’, which comprises four components. Firstly, the company promises that customers will have access to service specialists with an average of 30+ years’ experience in working with “clean fuel vehicles”. Secondly, technicians, managers, drivers and other personnel can enrol in a training programme delivered by FleetCare, providing hands-on instruction in servicing gas vehicles. Thirdly, FleetCare will send technicians out from the nearest location to the customer to provide support. Finally, Hexagon Agility promises it will provide only genuine OEM replacement parts for repairs.
