USA – At the Advanced Clean Transportation (ACT) Expo in Anaheim, California, held between 1-4 May 2023, Battle Motors Inc of New Philadelphia, Ohio showcased two battery electric vehicles which are commercially available and designed for vocational and street cleaning applications respectively.

Each truck is built on Battle Motors’ electric cab-chassis platform, which is powered by a 500-horsepower ‘Cascadia Motion’ motor supplied by BorgWarner. The stake bed truck is based on the ‘Low Narrow Tilt’ cab-chassis, a Class 6-8 body with gross vehicle weight options between 26,000 and 54,000 lbs. It has a 240-kWh CATL battery system providing a range of up to 150 miles. With Level 3 charging, it can be fully recharged in two hours.
