DICV introduces the ‘Rakshana’ Program giving a commitment of vehicle repair within 48 hours

Chennai – Daimler India Commercial Vehicles Pvt Ltd (DICV) of Oragadam, near Chennai, a subsidiary of Germany’s Daimler Truck AG, has introduced the ‘Rakshana’* programme under its BharatBenz brand. The programme guarantees customers service and repair of BharatBenz trucks and buses within 48 hours, assuring compensation from the company, should it fail to deliver.

BharatBenz currently has more than 300 ‘touchpoints’ across India, covering national highways on the Golden Quadrilateral North-South and East-West Corridors, with consumers reached within two hours on these roads.
