Blue Energy benefits from order of 35 LNG trucks from Chennai cement firm

Dalmia Cement takes delivery of its first Blue Energy LNG truck

India - Dalmia Cement (Bharat) Ltd (DCBL), a cement manufacturer of Chennai, through Indian operator, GreenLine Logistics (Green Planet Logistics Pvt Ltd) of Mumbai has deployed an initial fleet of 10 LNG trucks of an initial order of 35 trucks.

The trucks are manufactured by Blue Energy Commercial Vehicles Pvt Ltd* (Blue Energy Motors), a two-year-old start-up based in Pune, using LNG-powered engines, supplied by FPT Industrial through an agreement announced in October 2022.
