Forvia opens new manufacturing plant in France

France – Automotive components supplier, Faurecia SE of Nanterre, France (a Forvia Group company), announced that it has started producing its hydrogen storage tanks* at its new plant in Allenjoie, France. The company aims to manufacture 100,000 tanks a year, for the European market. Customers include Stellantis, Hyvia and MAN. Since 2018, the company has invested over EUR 380 million in hydrogen technology development.
