ABC and Proterra open North America’s largest charging park for coaches

Proterra chargers and Van Hool coaches at ABC charging park in California
USA – ABC Companies of Winter Garden, Florida has opened North America’s largest charging park for battery electric coaches in Newark, California, using chargers supplied by Proterra Inc of Burlingame, California.
The charging park, spread over 3.5 acres, is fitted with 20 dual-cable charging stations, providing a total power output of 1.4 megawatts to 40 coaches. Accommodating Van Hool coaches which ABC imports and distributes in North America, the park will be used for customer service and delivery as well as training.
