JJE begins EDM production in Michigan

USA / China - Electric drive module (EDM) manufacturer, Jing-Jin Electric Technologies Company Ltd* (JJE), headquartered in Beijing, has announced it has started production at its new powertrain facility in the US state of Michigan.

In 2019, JJE acquired a brownfield site in Farmington Hills, Michigan state, and since then has invested heavily in advanced manufacturing equipment, including highly automated production lines for inverters, electric motor assemblies and gearboxes, as well as final assembly and test equipment for complete EDM modules.
