UK / Germany - Schmitz Cargobull (UK) Ltd of Manchester, announced the introduction of multiple new products at the Road Transport Expo (RTX) in Stoneleigh, held in late June; products on display included a rigid tipper (M.KI) on a Renault Truck chassis; the first showing of the new freepost curtainsider (S.CS Freepost) semi-trailer that was launched at the official opening of the Manchester factory in March this year; and the S.CUe – electric Schmitz Cooling Unit system, comprising the SCB-EP85 full electric trailer refrigeration unit, battery pack and electric axle generator.
