Daikin purchases two companies to strengthen North American HVAC business

USA / Japan – Washington-based AirReps LLC*, a subsidiary of Daikin Industries Ltd, headquartered in Osaka, Japan, has acquired two Seattle-based companies, Integrated Systems and Controls LLC** and InControl LLC*** in order to strengthen its HVAC business in North America.

Integrated Systems and Controls offers energy management systems, heating, air conditioning, lighting, security, card access, video control, and energy conservation products.
